This is a lovely stone built mid terraced house situated on a quiet residential rd close to the popular centre of Crookes and within 10 mins walk of lively Broomhill and Sheffield University and various hospitals. There is a living/dining kitchen with a range of applicances. The bathroom has a modern white suite and features an over bath shower. Currently the lounge is being used as a large double bedroom and has a high victorian corniced ceiling and central rose and large bay window. The second dbl room has a dbl bed with beech bedroom furniture and a walk in close/wardrobe plus desk/chair. Again a very nice room. The attic room has a dbl bed and beech furniture with desk and chair too. Outside is a small garden, there is a privet hedge for privacy at the front. This house is very nice and located in a great place.
