Waterways, in Loughborough, is a brand new all-inclusive student accommodation development, offering stylish, state-of-the-art living, just minutes away from Loughborough's town centre. Situated adjacent to Sainsbury's and The Rushes Shopping Centre, Waterways is in a prime location for all your student needs. It is built around the canal basin so you’ll have a great place to hang out with friends and relax before any night out.
All rooms are en-suite and located in cluster apartments for 5 or 6 people. Each room is fully furnished and inclusive of broadband Internet and contents insurance, in addition to your own double sized bed and powerful shower.
Apartment kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. You'll also have your own dishwasher, so you’ll never have to worry about whose turn it is to wash up! There’s also a dining area with breakfast bar and stools. Each lounge has comfy leather furniture, as well as a 32" LCD Television with a free TV licence (Freeview and Sky Sports channels).

Waterways is a great residence! It's clean, modern and the staff are really friendly. The location is great and it is good value for money. Well recommended!
