This place is right on the doorstep of Liverpool's great nightlife. This means there's loads to keep you entertained: shops, bars and restaurants. It's also within walking distance of Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) with the University of Liverpool and Liverpool Community College all close by. So, in other words, you won't have to spend lots of money on transport.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I lived here for a year, and the walls were paper thin so you could hear everything from the adjacent rooms, the fire door at the end of the corridor slammed heavily every time someone entered the flat, and the fire alarm went off several times a week for no apparent reason. Avoid if you can.
